The kit includes illustrated step-by-step instructions. In short: 8 cores spread across your lawn, at 5–10 cm depth, mix in the supplied bag and into the tube. The whole process takes two minutes and needs no special tools.
One kit is enough for a single uniform lawn. For clearly different zones — say a shady corner versus full sun, or a new sowing versus old grass — we advise one analysis per zone. You then get a plan per zone.
Yes. The analysis itself is carried out by an ISO 17025-accredited external laboratory (Eurofins, BLGG or SGS, depending on your region). We have no influence on the measured values — we only translate the results into product advice.
The methods used are the same ones professional golf courses and agriculture rely on. Measurement uncertainty varies per parameter (typically ±3–7%), always clearly stated in the report.
Yes, as long as the soil isn’t frozen. Autumn and early spring are the best times because you’re then well ahead of the growing season. In frost we advise waiting a few days until the top layer has thawed.
For the main values (pH, organic matter, soil structure) a report is useful for 2–3 years. NPK levels are more dynamic; with intensive use we advise re-testing every 1–2 years.

Which fertilizer suits my lawn best?

What is the difference between granular and liquid?
Granular (granules) is your base, releasing nutrients slowly over 8–12 weeks via a slow-release coating. Liquid (elixirs) is for fast, targeted boosts: root growth, heat resistance, colour, recovery. The ideal combo: granular as the foundation, elixirs as fine-tuning. See mixing rates per product.
How often should I feed?
Granular 3–4× a year (spring, summer, autumn, optionally pre-winter). Liquid elixirs as needed, usually 2–4× per season. Our 12-month lawn calendar above shows exactly when.
Are your fertilizers safe for pets and children?
Yes, our granular fertilizers are safe once watered in (about 2 hours after good rain or irrigation). Keep pets indoors while spreading. Liquid elixirs are safe once dry (1–2 hours). No fertilizer burn when used correctly thanks to the slow-release technology.
